1. Koşulların Kabulü

Kitavia’yı kullanarak, bu Kullanım Koşulları’nı ve zaman içinde yapılabilecek güncellemeleri kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.

2. Hizmetin Tanımı

Kitavia, kullanıcıların kitap koleksiyonlarını yönetmeleri, kitap eklemeleri, okuma durumlarını takip etmeleri ve kişisel kütüphanelerini düzenlemeleri için tasarlanmış bir mobil uygulamadır.

Uygulama, kitap bilgilerini zenginleştirmek için üçüncü taraf kitap veri servislerinden (örneğin Google Books API ve OpenLibrary API) yararlanabilir.

3. Kullanım Kuralları

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı kabul edersiniz:

• Uygulama yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanılabilir,
• Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz,
• Uygulama üzerinden yasa dışı, zararlı, tehdit edici, hakaret içeren veya benzeri içerikler paylaşamazsınız,
• Üçüncü taraf servislerin (API’lerin) kötüye kullanımı yasaktır,
• Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, otomatik tarama (scraping) veya benzeri amaçlarla istismar etmeyeceksiniz.

4. Ücretlendirme ve Değişiklikler

Kitavia şu anda temel işlevleri bakımından ücretsiz olarak sunulabilir. İleride, ek özellikler veya abonelik modelleri (örneğin premium planlar) sunulabilir. Ücretlendirme ile ilgili tüm değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirimler veya mağaza açıklamaları yoluyla duyurulacaktır.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

Kitavia uygulaması, logosu, tasarımları, metinler, görseller ve diğer tüm içerikler, aksi belirtilmedikçe Kitavia’ya veya ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir. Bunlar, izinsiz olarak kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz, dağıtılamaz veya türev çalışmalar oluşturulamaz.

6. Kullanıcı İçeriği

Kitavia, kullanıcıların kitap eklemesine, not ve etiket oluşturmasına ve bu içerikleri kişisel amaçlar için saklamasına imkân tanır. Kullanıcı, uygulamaya eklediği içerikler üzerinde sorumludur ve bu içeriklerin üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal etmemesini sağlamalıdır.

7. Hesap ve Erişim

Kullanıcılar, istedikleri zaman hesaplarını silebilir veya uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakabilir. Hesabın silinmesi halinde, ilgili veriler Gizlilik Politikası’na uygun şekilde silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.

Kitavia, gerekli gördüğü durumlarda (örneğin kötüye kullanım veya güvenlik riski tespiti) hesabı askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.

8. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kitavia, uygulamanın hatasız, kesintisiz veya her zaman erişilebilir olacağına dair herhangi bir garanti vermez. Uygulamanın kullanımı sonucunda doğrudan veya dolaylı gerçekleşen veri kaybı veya zararlar konusunda sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

9. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Kullanım Koşulları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler durumunda, uygulama içi duyuru veya benzeri yollarla bilgilendirme yapılacaktır. En güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfa üzerinden erişilebilir olacaktır.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Kitavia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any future updates to them. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Kitavia is a mobile application designed to help users manage their book collections, add books, track reading status, and organize their personal libraries.

The App may use third-party book data services (such as Google Books API and OpenLibrary API) to enhance book metadata displayed to users.

3. Usage Rules

When using the App, you agree to the following:

• You will use the App only for lawful purposes,
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials,
• You will not upload or share illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content,
• You will not abuse or excessively call any third-party APIs integrated into the App,
• You will not reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise attempt to misuse the App or its services.

4. Pricing and Changes

Kitavia may currently be offered as a free app for its core functionality. In the future, we may introduce additional paid features or subscription plans. Any changes in pricing will be communicated through in-app notices or updates in the app store listing.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Kitavia name, logo, design, text, images, and all other content in the App are the property of Kitavia or its respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

6. User Content

The App allows users to add books, create notes and tags, and store other personal library data. Users are responsible for the content they add and must ensure that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

7. Accounts and Access

Users may delete their accounts at any time, in which case related data will be removed or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Kitavia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if abusive behavior, security risks, or violations of these Terms are detected.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Kitavia makes no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify users through the App or by other appropriate means. The most current version will always be accessible on this page.
